Rumpsch is a card game invented by German settlers to Pennsylvania in the 18th century as a way of settling bets involving livestock, especially poultry.  I made that up.  If you or anyone you know does know the real history or origins of the game, please Contact Me, as the google results for “Rumpsch“consist mostly of classifieds from the Pottsville Republican.  “Rumpsch” is also on a short list of things that actually exist that do not have a wikipedia page... someone get on that.
